Applications

Thermoplastic resins
Save money by determining optimal molding temperature, pressure, and flow rates!
The CFT-500D is capable of providing the melt viscosity measurements necessary
to determine all of these measurements.

Thermoplastic resins and adhesives
The measurement of hardening rates of thermoplastic resins is rather difficult with any other method. However, the CFT-500D readily provides this crucial data from plasticity curves.

Toners for copying machines
Knowing the melting temperature and viscosity of toners is vitally important when attempting to
obtain clean and clear print in copying machines. The CFT-500D makes such measurements
easy and efficient.

Rubbers and rubber materials
Just like thermoplastics, injection molding machines are often used in rubber production.
The CFT-500D, which utilizes a mechanism similar to that of an ordinary injection molding machine,
can provide highly useful data for setting the molding parameters of production machines in order to obtain maximum benefit and savings. This data is also highly useful for viscosity control of
non-sulfurized rubbers.
