DyLight 488-Labelled Antibody Conjugates produce a green fluorescent colour that is substantially brighter and more photostable than fluorescein (FITC). Also, it remains intensely fluorescent over a broad pH range (pH 4-9). DyLight 488 Conjugates compare favorably with Alexa Fluor 488 conjugates in all critical parameters, and serve as a reliable replacement in a variety of detection applications, such as fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA and array platforms.
