The conjugate provided in this kit, AP-Streptavidin, can be used to detect any biotinylated antibody, therefore making these reagents universal in nature and easily interchangeable with any matched antibody pair. This kit also provides MultiScreen Immobilon (PVDF) Plates and BCIP/NBT Phosphatase Substrate for added value and excellent visibility with minimal background. BCIP/NBT is a ready-to-use, 1-component solution that is stable and convenient while providing a crisp purple precipitate at the site of reaction with minimal background. Sufficient reagents are provided for detection of 5 ELISpot plates.
