SureLINK AP Conjugation Kits let you take the work and guesswork out of protein labeling!Based on a novel conjugation chemistry that overcomes many limitations of other conventional
methods of bioconjugation, such as maleimide/thio and glutaraldehyde. SureLINK AP Conjugation Kits enable protein labeling with alkaline phosphatase in only 3 hours, saving you several
hours over standard maleimide/thiol methods. Hands-on time is minimal,
just 20 minutes. The kits provide Modified AP that is ready for conjugation, ready-to-use buffers, and optimized
storage buffer.
SureLINK Modified AP is a modified form of alkaline phosphatase (AP) ideal for conjugating monoclonal antibodies or other proteins. AP has been modified with the linker succinimidyl
r-hydrazinonicotinate (SANH). Based on unique conjugation chemistry, the Modified AP is part of a
two-step coupling reaction. The conjugation reaction takes approximately
2 hours to
complete.
Features:
-
Simple, 2-step protocol is complete with only 20 minutes hands-on time
-
Minimal optimization – Avoids problems such as polymerization and self-conjugation
-
Highly-specific binding – Novel chemistry virtually eliminates nonspecific reactions
-
Versatile and convenient – Kits can be used to conjugate a range of protein sample sizes
-
Ideal for immunodetection – Antibodies or proteins labeled with SureLINK AP can be used in ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistology or other protein applications
Kit components:
Each kit contains SureLINKModifiedAP in individual, ready-to-use vials, AP Modification Buffer,
AP Conjugation Buffer, SFB Linker in individual vials, and AP Storage Buffer. All kit
components are stored at 2-8°C and are stable for one year when stored as recommended.
