- Excellent Resolution of Low Molecular Weight Protein and Peptides
- Sharp Banding Patterns for Proteins Smaller than 10 kDa in Low Percentage Gels
Tris-Tricine (TT) Buffer, developed by Schaegger and von Jagow in 1987, replaces Glycine with
Tricine for use in standard TG and TG-SDS buffer systems. TT and TT-SDS buffers stack and resolve smaller molecules with greater efficiency than TG buffers. AMRESCO offers TT and TT-SDS Buffer in liquid concentrates and Ready-Pack™ (a foil pouch containing sufficient material to prepare 1 L of 10X concentrate) formats for maximum flexibility and convenience.
