Simplified Maintenance
The AOC-20 is highly reliable and capable of high sample throughput, yet it is lightweight and easy to remove when routine injection port maintenance is required. The enhanced needle
guide virtually eliminates bent syringe needles; syringe changes are easy to accomplish through the front door of the unit.
Reliable Injection Performance
Possible injection modes include traditional, solvent flush, solvent flush with second solvent, and large volume injection. The AOC-20 series can perform the functions of direct liquid
injection, on-column injection, ambient headspace and large volume injection. These capabilities are the most available from a single autosampler. The high precision of the injector has
been demonstrated by reproducibility studies (Grob test mixture) that yielded C.V. values of less than 0.3%!
Complete Control
The AOC-20 offers control through fiber optic or RS-232C cable. Specify and save parameters from PC-based systems (CLASS-VP, GC-10, CLASS-5000) or from the Shimadzu C-R8A Chromatopac data
processor.
