The GelAmp™ Electrophoresis Kit is an all inclusive kit containing high strength agarose (25g), running buffer (500ml) and a propriety polymer additive (GelAmp™ Additive, 20 x 15 ml) that allows for superior resolution and separation of high molecular weight DNA, using a standard horizontal gel box. Kit contains sufficient reagents to run 20 gels.
