 The DNADetector™ Fluorescent in situ Hybridization Kit contains all the reagents necessary to perform in situ hybridization and detection of DNA in cells and tissues, except for biotinylated probe. DAPI counterstain is included for maximum contrast. Cy-3 labeled conjugates provide 5-10 times greater fluorescence than FITC labeled probes and are more photostable than TRITC conjugates. No new filters required; use same filters as TRITC. Bright fluorescence observed six months after staining.
