 The DNADetector™ Chromogenic in situ Hybridization kit contains all reagents necessary for in situ hybridization and detection of biotinylated DNA in cells and tissues. TrueBlue Substrate, the chromogenic detection system deposits a brilliant blue stain which gives excellent contrast to the red counterstain. Sensitivity of kit is equivalent to fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH). TrueBlue Peroxidase Substrate provides superior resolution and sensitivity.
