Immediate band visualization with Fluorescent SPRINT NEXT GEL^®
Total E. coli lysate was resolved on a 12.5% Fluorescent SPRINT NEXT GEL^® run at 300 volts for
30 minutes. Bands were visualized immediately after the run by exposure to UV light for 3 minutes.

Quick & Convenient Pouring, Running and Visualization

Easy gel casting:

• Provided as a ready-to-pour solution that offers speed and convenience for SDS-PAGE electrophoresis at substantially lower cost than pre-cast gels.
• Patent-pending proprietary chemistry of NEXT GEL^® eliminates the need for stacking gels - the resolving gel is ready for loading and running immediately after polymerization, about 15 minutes.
• Simply add APS/TEMED to the gel solution and pour into the assembled casting cassette.
• Solutions are available at 10.0% and 12.5% acrylamide concentrations.
• The proprietary running buffer, included with NEXT GEL^® acrylamide solutions, is essential for running of
  NEXT GELs.

Immediate Band Visualization:

• Fluorescent SPRINT NEXT GEL^® solutions include a fluorescent protein stain that provides immediate band visualization after electrophoresis.
• Additional staining, destaining or washing steps are not needed.
• Bands are visible with a 3-5 minute exposure on a UV transilluminator.
• Staining sensitivity is similar to Coomassie® Blue.
