Instruments and equipment are warranted for a period of one year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship (parts and labour) under normal conditions of installation, use and maintenance, within Canada, as described in the operator’s instructions (please refer to your equipment instruction manual). Servicing will be performed by factory-trained Mandel personnel, using only original manufacturer’s parts. *This warranty does not cover consumables, expendable items or physical damage caused by misuse or abuse.
In addition to the standard one-year warranty, customers can also purchase extended warranty service agreements, which include parts, labour and a preventive maintenance “tune up” at the beginning of your extended warranty year. See our Service Options.
As an alternative to the standard extended warranty, customers may also purchase
the Extended Warranty Plus agreement which, on top of the benefits of the extended
warranty, includes a Preventive Maintenance visit. The Extended Warranty Plus agreement begins immediately following the standard manufacturer’s one-year agreementand extends for an additional one to three year(s).
