The Guardian 5000 Series incorporates the SafetyHeat™ system, an industry-leading early detection mechanism that uses dual independent safety controls to prevent over-temperature events. This safeguards valuable samples and protects both operators and the laboratory environment.

Over-temperature protection: If the temperature of the heating plate exceeds the set limit, the SafetyHeat system will immediately shut off the power to prevent damage to the equipment or samples.
Temperature calibration: The Guardian 5000 Series allows for regular calibration of the temperature sensor to ensure accurate and reliable readings, reducing the risk of over-heating or under-heating.
Visual and audible alarms: In case of a safety event, the Guardian 5000 will activate both visual and audible alarms to alert the operator and prevent further damage.
