Membranes

A low-background membrane is essential for infrared Western blot success. Background can be attributed to membrane autofluorescence or to detection of antibody non-specifically binding to the membrane. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and nitrocellulose membranes are typically used for Western blotting applications. Mandel and LI-COR have come together to offer only the highest quality membranes for your application.
