Quality Assurance

Our quality assurance department tests every instrument when it arrives at Mandel, and submits it for safety inspection by the Canadian Standards Association. Only then do we allow the equipment to be released for shipment and installation at your premises.

Quality Parts and Accessories

Mandel uses manufacturer-specified parts for all repairs and maintenance. Most of these parts are only available through Mandel. Mandel also gives you access to all the latest diagnostics, software, upgrades, safety and IQ/OQ documentation covering instruments that are installed at your location.

Expert Staff

The service department at Mandel provides full service and instrumentation support for all Mandel products. A highly qualified team of representatives ensures that your instruments are always working to their optimum specification.

All of our service instrumentation support representatives receive regular training and updated information about the products that we support. We maintain close relationships with the manufacturers and suppliers that we represent in Canada. Any changes in their product lines are communicated to our sales, service and instrumentation support staff to ensure that the most current information is available to you, our valued customer.
